I really enjoyed making the 20 minutes of guided meditations part of my daily routine. However, don’t forget that the people who built this app are trying to sell you something - it becomes obvious in sentences like “while you’re doing hypnotherapy it’s not necessary to also follow a specific diet”. I have dealt with pretty severe gastro issues since I was 10 years old, and while I have tried every single medication out there I can confirm that radically changing my diet was THE thing that really did it for me. Most doctors will keep telling you that changing your diet won’t have any effect on your symptoms - this is not true! Hypnotherapy will work for some people, and I think it’s a really good routine to establish. Still, I’d encourage you to not blindly follow everything the app tells you to do or not do, but to mainly trust your own gut ;)

This app helped me a lot with managing my IBS. Foods that made me feel bad I can eat now without problem and I feel a lot calmer and more relaxed around food. Highly recommend!

I really like the app and how easy it is to work with.
My only negative opinion is that you can only buy a yearly membership. I know the program is six weeks long but I could stick for more months to it when buying a monthly membership.

Grundsätzlich eine tolle Sache! Aber nach 7 Tagen kostet es um die 77€ im Monat. Klar muss es irgendwie finanziert werden, es wäre aber schön wenn man direkt zu Anfang darüber informiert wird und nicht erst nachdem man den Fragebogen ausgefüllt hat!

I'm skeptical by default, but I decided to give it a try since other methods didn't work for me, and my doctors were not giving me any decent answers or solutions.
I just completed the program and I feel much better. I haven't had any really bad days for over a month, which had not happened for long, and I have not really changed my diet or stress levels, so I'm very happy with the outcome!
