Die App funktioniert nicht, Geräte werde. Nicht erkannt und nicht untereinander verbunden (habe drei Boxen und kann nichtmal 2 miteinander verbinden und der Support möchte nicht helfen (oder kann nicht?) JBL eon one Compact. Die App ist unfassbar schlecht

Hallo, Mit nur einer Box hat die App immer einwandfrei funktioniert. Jetzt mit 2 jbl eon one compact Boxen stoppt die App nach dem "Skip"-Bottom mit dem Hinweis, dass die App nur mit jbl eon one compact Lautsprechern funktioniert. Davon habe ich zwei über Bluetooth verbunden, aber funktionieren tut lediglich der Demo-Modus egal mit welchem Mobildevice. Was kann ich tun? MfG Elzeman

Hallo möchte meine neue Compact Connect mit meinem Huawei verbinden. Funktioniert leider nicht. Die app ist einwandfrei geladen, die DEMO Version geht, aber ich bekomme keine Bluetooth-Verbindung mit der Box. Habe die app mehrmals neu installiert - Problem bleibt. Ein Feedback wäre super. Danke !
