Thanks for forcing me to upgrade without notification. I lost a deck in the old app that is only accessible on the phone.

Plus, there's less functionality in the new app.
You lost me here.

The new chegg is bad. Please bring back Flashcards !

Warum die alte Version nicht mehr verfügbar machen, wenn man bei der neuen noch gar keine iPad-Version hat? Außerdem ist die neue App unübersichtlich.

Unfortunately, this new app is a step backwards. It has all the potential of the original, but is lacking some of the options that were there.
- The filing system is gone. I like to have my decks grouped by certain categories.
- study from both sides. Being able to see the back of the card to learn the front is essential. It was there, it can’t be that hard to import that button again.

There’s also a couple of things I would like to request, but that are more things I’d enjoy and not necessities.
- pop quizzes. Have a sort of calendar that gives pop quizzes at random times in between certain hours. Just pop a notification and ask a certain number of cards from predetermined decks.
- iWatch compatibility. Being able to do solve some quizzes on my Apple Watch would be interesting. It’s just text, so the small screen should be enough. And combined with the pop quizzes, it’d be ideal.

I had used Flashcards+ a long time now. This app has had several functionalities, which have been very helpful. Now as only Chegg prep is available I miss this funcionalities. These are the Language Support, the possibility to copy or move a card from one deck to another and to learn from the front side and from the Back side the cards (especially languages). Will these funcionalities be available in the next time? If not, please reactivate Flashcards+.

It is simple enough to use but I am missing some options, e.g., flipping the cards over to learn the other way round and also to search for specific cards in my own decks.

The new version lacks basic features like a search function and is overall less user friendly than Flashcards. I‘ve been using that app for 1,5 years and have built a vocabulary deck of almost 1.000 cards. The only thing that prevents me from jumping ship now is the fact that neither Flashcards nor Prep has an export function...

I have been using Flashcards+ for years and for me it was essential, that I could use it on both my phone and my iPad. Now, Chegg can be used on the iPad, but it does not change to the appropriate formate, can’t be turned horizontally and is in general just not as user friendly. Very disappointing

We often used the “Chegg Flashcards” App and in my opinion it is very useful.
When we saw, that it will be moved in this badly made App we got disappointed.. :(
We hope this App will getting better, otherwise it will be useless for us..

This new version is completely useless compared to Chegg Flashcards. I had accumulated over 1800 flashcards that I now have absolutely no overview on, the search function is useless, you cannot switch from "learnt" and "to learn". Terrible 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

No search function and erratic behaviour with non-western scripts.
Also, about 200 cards were lost when transitioning from the old (better) version of the app. Contacting support did not help.

I will never understand developers who by already having a very good-functioning, practical and well-rated app, decide to do a radical "upgrade“ no one asked for or needed and change everything entirely in an attempt to make it somehow better, resulting in a regresdion/downgrade of the app with much less functions and much less practicity.
The Flashcards can no longer be classified/sorted, neither can their order/sequence. I‘m very disappointed in this and just cannot understand the reason for this.

The app is rubbish! The flashcard app was far superior to this junk. Where has the categorisation option gone?! For instance, I've been using the app to build up my Portuguese and Spanish vocabularies and now the various categories are all over the place. How will I know which deck falls under which language? For e.g. I have two decks called "family"; one obviously for Spanish and the other Portuguese. Did you lot not think this revamp through? You've gone from having a tidy app to a ridiculously chaotic one. Not to mention the iPad app!!! Either revert to the flashcards app or try again with this one because...🥴
