Pocket Prep PMP Erfahrungen und Bewertung

I tried this app out while preparing for my PMP exam and I can say the following:

1. Well structured functionality and options

2. Content, database and answers are not all inline with PMBOK

3. Many made up concepts which do not relate to PM and PMBOK

4. Lots of mistakes (ex: instead 80/20 rule u find it in app 20/80)

5. Gives wrong explanation and wrong reference to PMBOK (ex: one question was on project cost reporting which should relate to chapter "Cost Management" while app answer explanation is irrelevant, refers somewhat to integration management and gives only chapter number to a non-related topic in PMBOK with no reference to a page or section)

I assume this app/learning provider is not approved and/or registered with PMI. Do not waste your money.

The app is crashing very often. It always freezes when I’m done with a quick exam.

Hello it's midnight, time to study :( First tip, disable push. Otherwise you will be remembered at midnight to study. If you doing a CAPM, this app could be good for preparation. I did the PMP and the focus there is in situation based questions. You need a little more experience then "simply" answer in- output questions and asking for tools. A small bunch of questions is ok, but it does not cover the PMP exam. From my point of view isn't worth the 20€

Aber 20€ sind zu teuer. Die Fragen sind auch nicht ganz PMP nah. Hab mich mit Ritas Book vorbereitet und PocketPrepPMP parallel genutzt.

Mit hat PocketPrepPMP bei der Vorbereitung auf das PMP Exam durchaus geholfen. Die Fragen sind gut gestellt und Abwechslungsreich. Die Erklärungen könnten aber ausführlicher sein.

1. Well structured App for Exam prep.
2. Good explaination of answers.
3. Easy to handle.

Falsche Fragen kann man markieren und später nur diese gezielt lernen.

PMPBOK 6th ed

Nice one that is well developed.

Ich habe PocketPrepPMP für die Zeit im Zug zur Arbeit oder immer dann wenn man zwischendurch Zeit totschlagen muss genutzt. Natürlich kann man sich nicht nur mit PocketPrepPMP auf die Pmp Prüfung vorbereiten.... PMP Guide und Bücher wie z.B. Rita’s Book oder Head First sind unumgänglich. Aber zum üben von Fragen zu diversen Themen, zur Überprüfung von dem, was man gelernt hat ist sie gut.

I’m really convinced that I will pass my exam, thanks to this wonderful preparation app!

I liked the questions in this app. They are nice to train your approach to pmp. I passed the exam the day before yesterday, App was a useful tool.
