The idea as such as good, and in the rare cases when it works, it’s convenient. The app keeps forgetting my profile data, it keeps forgetting stays. Even though I checked into a hotel with it, I couldn’t use the app to check out since it didn’t have the stay any longer - while showing the badge I got for that very stay! Now I also need to re-enter address and credit card data. Why?
