Frustrating, I totally didn’t know what to do.
The content of Dr. Caroline Leaf is amazing - but the app is just not working - how sad!
The steps are explained way to quick, it’s hard to follow them in your mind as a beginner, and the time given is to short, it stressed me out more than it helped me. Especially the selecting of the thoughts which wasn’t clear what this thought might be. Also the questions that you are supposed to ask yourself didn’t work with the thought I had in mind. All in all super frustrating for me.
diese App has helped me to process difficult emotional wounds for me. So thankful for the guidance.
It is also great for reflection in general and helps with decisions
