The exercises are fine, but unfortunately the app (on my iPhone) is pretty buggy, screens won’t load properly and I had to restart the app about five times during workout which interrupted the flow of the workout and made today session quite jumpy. This product needs major improvements concerning user experience. I will try it a few more days and then ask for a refund if it’s not working out.

I bought “toned in 90 days” for nearly 70 Euros. As I got something different than expected (a bunch of analogue PDFs instead of concrecrete training videos), I wanted to make use if the 30-Days-money-back warranty. The Apple store shows that the product can not be returned and diese App just links me to Apple. This is not, how a warranty should be handled.. 🙁 very annoying..

I‘m 55 and really in a bad shape, but the workouts I got are easy to do and indeed kind of fun. Got a treadmill, will sell it now ;). The app on the other hand is simply sub standard and essentially does not provide any value over the website in my opinion. It isn‘t even possible to tick off the workouts already done on the in-app calendar, you‘re to keep track by taking your own notes. Tracking food intake is a complex task for developers, apps like yazio hit the nail there. Basic functions as this app here provides were state of the art 5 years ago - no thanks.
tl;dr: using a dvd with his vids provides the same level os usability as this app.

I bought a 90 day program in 2017 but gave up in the 3rd week. Now where I have to stay inside I have to do some workout and the homework outs are with very good super sets which are well conceived. I can just speak for the 90 day program idk how the others work but the workouts in that program have quiet nice variations. Deserves a 5/5
