Better workout than at the gym 💪🏻

I joined Kira's workouts on Instagram live and was really happy to find a good replacement for the gym during quarantine. I'll stick to the app because it's really motivating to always do a bit more and I've noticed a huge difference in my body since following the stoked method. There are little fine tuning workouts of 5-15 minutes, full body and body part specific workouts between 20 and 30 minutes and full body, one-hour-long workouts 👍🏼💪🏻
