Worst app ever!

This App is just the worst I have ever used. I wanted to do my tax return, but since I am not in Australia anymore and my visa is also expired I can't verify who I am. There is no mail address that I could contact and overall the App is not helpful at all.
Doesn’t work as a non resident so far

I‘m unable to achieve standard or strong strength as a non resident without australian passport etc. It should have more opportunities to prove identity in my opinion.
