Eine der hilfreichsten Self-Care-Apps, die ich je hatte. Wohlformulierte Erinnerungen und sanfte Anstupser, die einfach nur gut tun. Keine dieser destruktiven Ich-mach-dir-ein-schlechtes-Gewissen-Apps, die mehr schaden als nützen, wenn eh schon jede Tätigkeit schwer fällt. Ich freue mich auf eine Version auf Deutsch ❤️
