Tokyo Disney Resort App Erfahrungen und Bewertung

Wer für TokyoDisneyResortApp mehr als einen Stern vergibt kann man nicht mehr helfen. Selbst 1 Stern ist hier zu viel.
TokyoDisneyResortApp stürzt ständig ab. Reservierungen können Teilweise erst nach dem Eintritt in den Park getätigt werden. Somit sind die meisten Restaurants und die Attraktionen schon ausgebucht bevor man überhaupt in den Park drinnen ist.

For a DISNEY app I expected more… I am actually utterly disappointed.

Starting the App takes ages. There is no need to watch the pretty animations if it takes up so much RAM or whatever storage space that just ends up slowing down phones…

Where is the option to add a credit card? You can only do that upon checkout (buying tickets or premium access) but it didn’t even save the credit card details.

It takes forever to load. I got tons of error messages and I didn’t know whether to close the app, just wait or what? Because closing and opening the app would lead to waiting for the intro animations again (skippable but still slowing everything down). Got stuck several times. (I guess I am sorry for prioritising Disney tickets over the newest and freshest iPhone?)

This is my first review because this app is an essential part for anyone wanting to visit the Disney Resort in Tokyo.

Also, there is nothing else to do right now as I am waiting in a 100 minute line. So why not just review.

[To everyone else reading this]: Please leave a review for one of the biggest companies in the world to get their stuff together and make a better and smoother app experience.

Even though the app can be set to English error messages come up in Japanese and the profile setup needs to be done with a Japanese keyboard and still it keeps giving errors for useless 形式 mistakes which are a game of guessing what is wrong. Even foreign names cannot be inserted properly.

By far the most obnoxious ticket purchasing experience I had so far and considering the app is very much needed to get anything done in the parks at this point it’s a shame how bad the English support is.
Speaking here as someone who actually can speak Japanese. I cannot imagine the frustration people are going through who don’t.

There are too many things to be mentioned but this app annoys foreign users a lot:

1. You can’t buy ticket on app because the app doesn’t show “buy ticket” bottom for overseas user
2. Absolutely bad user interface
3. To create user account, it requires so many unnecessary user information

Too bad that they stop selling tickets on site and now bothering customers in that way.

JSON could not be serialized because of error: The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.

The app is nor working at all. I just get a blank white screen. (This version and the last one - installed it many times.)

I agree with miss Mary above and I have to say that this app is not just slow…it’s also slow!
