Dear developer team,

The idea of sharing bikes in a city like Rio is phenomenal but it requires an app or at least mobile website that works.

It’s more than annoying that you can’t count on the app or rental services to work. The user usability and workflow within the app is worse than everywhere else, it often collapses while trying to unlock a bike or can’t connect to the server. Updating a payment plan is a hassle and didn’t work for me 10 times. Not sure why this isn’t fixed as this is a relevant income source for Your business and customers can’t invest money in using the service.
It’s actually easy for a competitor to entry your market. They just need to provide a working service and proper app. Sorry to say that but you can’t count on this service and need to be really lucky to be able to unlock a bike somehow if you want to use it

Nós tentamos cadastrar em dois celulares, com 3 cartões diferentes, dá erro no cadastro falando que pagamento não foi autorizado. Andei 40min atrás de dois pontos de “autoatendimento” conforme informado que seria possível cadastrar direto no posto e nenhum deles é permitido. Um lixo de sistema e perdemos tempo do nosso último dia de viagem no rj.

He usado las bicicletas en Santiago un par de veces y las dos he tenido problemas para devolverlas.
La app no finaliza el trayecto y tienes que contactar con atención al cliente por chat (solo en portugués) y tardan muchísimo en contestar. Muy mala

Only Brasilian, Argentinian or Bolivian nationality can be selected, but no other Nationality.

They don’t let you sign up if you have no CPF.

Won't accept any of multiple credit cards. Registration and rental are therefore impossible. Massively inconvenient!

They don’t accept international card is actually just for Brazilian people makes no sense

We tried and tried to unlock the bikes but the app won't accept our credit card, instead it just glitches out without giving an error message

It is not possible to add a credit card. Tried several times the support, but always 1st level says they analyse…then no reply. 3 weeks not possible to use, vacation over, very disappointing.

You have to be Brazilian, Argeninian pr Chilenian…. This is a tourist area. It doesn’t make any sense to exclude all of them.

In all the big cities in the world bike rental systems are especially interesting for tourists who wanna explore the areas. So what did you think when you chose to exclude them? Pointless!

This is my very first review on the App Store and I just wanted to say that this is the worst app experience I’ve ever had. This was either designed by a monkey or by someone who’s never designed anything before. Nothing works, simple tasks take forever and the navigation is non-existent.

I’ve managed to rent a bike exactly once. The second time it just started the timer but the bicycle didn’t unlock. There is no way to stop this or call a hotline or mark it as an error. I’ve never had such a bad service experience and I’m not sure what to do now to stop it using up all of my credit. Or even charge my credit card.

Easy and nice way to explore Rio

I am using this service for 2 years now, without issues. I use the app only to get bikes, not for payment. Payments I have handled via hotline, as promotional prices do not show up in the app.
