The service itself is great, as long as you are able to find a therapist that suits you. It took me a while to find a good therapist and there were some issues on regains side at the beginning, but they did well in fixing those. The platform is simple and easy to use, but the video quality isn’t great for your sessions (The audio stays on, but sometimes the video will just turn off and there’s no way to turn it back on or adjust the settings).
I find how to stop and restart my subscription confusing and it’s not great how little control I feel I have on that. Everything has to be managed via email, when it could be managed via the app and be much more transparent and flexible. That makes me wonder if there’s a better platform to work with … unsure.

diese App has really helped my parter and Adhoc. It’s accessible, affordable and easy to use! We love the therapist we were assigned to and it’s been giving us the extra support we needed!

It’s not possible to get anything helpful out of three different counselors. They just not responding, or keep sending generic worksheets that had nothing to do with the situation. Highly not recommended.
