Ich finde die Idee mit AI Training zu steuern grandios. Ich finde die Übungsauswahl sehr gelungen und es ist jedes Mal anstrengend. Ausbaufähig ist in meinen Augen die Integration der Warm-Ups, Primer, Finisher und Energy System Development in die Oberfläche der Workouts. Man braucht ansonsten sehr lange Eingewöhnungsphasen und Orientierung in Volt.

The trainings are really good and I’m seeing progress. I like how the app put the workouts together. But there are a few issues: there’s no statistical data available to access. For example, data in the form of graphics that tell how much you’ve worked out, how much weight you’ve lifted and so on... You can see the exercises that you’ve done, when you click on them separately, but that doesn’t bring anything. So you can’t really keep track of your progress. There even isn’t a calendar to keep track, the app just tells you how many times you’ve used it. The app will tell you to raise up the weights, but you can’t see how many times this has happened... The app does not connect with Apple health. Also doesn’t connect with the Apple Watch. There are only exercises with free weights, cables, bands and balls and so on, there are no exercises with gym machines. I think these are major issues for such an expensive app...

Takes away the mental load of planning progression in your training. Focus on different sports allows you to work towards season start for your sport and be ready for the season on that date! Really like seeing the progress following the program. Highly recommended app!!!
