Ich konnte es von heute auf morgen nicht mehr nutzen und hab alle meine Daten verloren. Ich hätte nachdem ich Wally schon sehr lange nutze auch dafür gezahlt. Sie einfach abzustellen ist aber absolut unprofessionell. Ich bin enttäuscht werde zur Konkurrenz wechseln.

I have searched for apps to analyze my spending. diese App was recommended.
However syncing to my bank hangs, there no obvious support in the app and it feels unresponsive. Not recommended.

I used the previous version and the new is much worse and tries to force you to micro payments

How is this even possible. IM TRYING FOR MONTHS TO REACH YOU. I’ve written so many mails over so many ways. NO ANSWERR!!
I just want to delete my account. How can a platform hide the delete process so hard!

I hope this app improves in the future because the promises are great but so far cannot see them.

I love the old diese App. The new diese App is so complicated. And every time you want to add transaction, the places you want to input only from nearby places, or you have to add new places. Too much hassle. I’m sorry, I love old diese App but now I think I have to move on.

Used to love this app but since the last update it keeps crashing. Support doesn’t respond so gotta move to a different service and lose all my data

Problem is: I wasn't even asked for a username and there is no way of choosig "forgotten password" or anything like it. Cannot recommend for now.

Not prepared for iPhones with notch and no home button.
Buttons not responding correctly and adding a bank account is a mess and from 5 banks I got to make it work just with one. Really bad.
Oh and the banks existed in the app.

I loved the old diese App and even bought the lifetime premium. However, the new one is needlessly “advanced” and tries to do so many things with flow etc at the expense of usability.

Why can’t I edit and move my categories outside the screen of a payment?

Why is there so much fluff around entering an expense? I want that to be as quick as possible so that I don’t have an excuse to not do it! This is soooo important!

In the UI, think less about it looking pretty and consider a user who wants to use your app to save time, not to learn this complex overpowered tool.

Nothing works correctly.
I’ve connected my bank account and I have expenses twice listed, with no option to correct it.
Once you’ve been connected to you account it is not possible to disconnect anymore 😡

The old diese App app was far better from a usability and UX perspective. It quickly becomes clear that the company wants to squeez out as much money from the user as quickly as possible. I even bought the whole package for the new app and am regretting it dearly. The word thing is that they updated the old version of diese App with a permanent banner that advertises the new diese App Next app here. Really bad customer experience!

I've been using the old diese App for three years. As mentioned by below reviewers, the old one is comparatively super user friendly and simple.

The diese App Next is complicated and it takes long time for both old and new user. Also, it's clear that the new version would love to get money. For example, the old one has no limitation for checking the old expenses and income records, but the new one can only check up to last three months only...to name just a few.

Tried contacting the diese App team several times. Never received an answer. Has been going on for weeks. App crashes when going for the “send us feedback” button under settings.

The calendar view (2nd icon left) is buggy. There’s a lot of lag when scrolling in that view, almost 7-10 seconds response time.
Please review and update.

A lot

With the new update, I can’t find the Cashflow view anymore. Maybe it’s hidden somewhere… if so, good job. I am not able to find it anymore and it was one of my most used features.
