Unfähigkeit trifft auf Betrug und Dummheit Erst als mit den Anwälten gedroht wurde habe ich mein Geld zurück bekommen Um mein Charge Back wurde sich nicht gekümmert Wir haben kein 3D Secur Nein aber es gibt eine europ Zahlungsrichtlinie Meine 2000€ Überweisung ist einfach verschwunden das kann ein paar Tage dauern bis es zurück gebucht ist Überweisung dauert neuerdings 3 Tage Lächerlich!!!!! Gibt auch Limits beim Geld abheben steht aber nirgendwo Dann krieg ich doch ein Konto bei Revolut und bei iCard

Ich benutze Rewire zum ernsten mal und kann sagt das bei WesternUnion und Wise geht es schneller als diese App. Obwohl das Geld direkt abgebucht ist ,weiß ich nach 2 Tagen immer noch nicht wann das Geld in Thailand angekommen .

Also da ist es ja einfacher einen Termin beim Papst zu bekommen, als seine Adresse ändern zu lassen. Klar das hierfür ein Nachweis gebraucht wird, aber wenn eine Stromrechnung und ein Selfie mit Ausweis nicht reichen, frage ich mich, was hier falsch läuft. Dann lieber zur Konkurrenz.

Meine Karte ist dritten Monat ohne Anlass gesperrt! Kundendienst ist total nutzlos!

I been trying to get ahold of the customer service for the past 24 hours , They come online ask how am they help you and then you reply then they Disappear with out solving the problem , I also did not know that you only allowed to send money to one country. For example if you have a cousin in Nigeria and a sister in South Africa… you can’t sent to both of them. The sending option will not allow . I am disappointed in this service plus they also tricked me into doing a survey for 8 euro till this day they have not sent my 8 euro.

Good service and know how to fix the issues

I sent money via SEPA pay which they indicated that It will arrive immediately, but it has been more than 6 hours now and it says on the app that they’ve not received the money yet not to talk about transferring it.

I tried contacting their support until now no response from them. Very bad support for a payment provider.

I am a new user and tried to send money, first of all you cant send more than 2500 euros, Secondly when I tried to send 2500€ it showed error message in the end - User does not have valid state.
Atleast make your error messages more friendly. I am uninstalling this app and I will never recommend it to anyone.

Looking for the best way to transfer money home, then go sign in diese App

It’s really time wasting and not fast in refunding money ,when you make urgent transfer it won’t go through for days then to even get your refund will also take more weeks .. so frustrating

One of the worst customers service that i have experienced in my life. Never revert on time. It seems that they don’t even care about the customer.👎🏻

I did not even sent a penny for 2 months and still it says monthly overlimit , moreover the app crashes everytime the only things works is refferal . Totally wastage of time . I dont want to give even a one star .

I have send money from my deutsch bank account( 850euros ) to my boyfriend diese App account but he didn’t get it and their staff is too bad . They didn’t update and they took all 850 euros. They are fraud

They don’t wire your money nor they don’t refund it!!! Please use other apps and not this!!!!!!

It just doesn’t boot up. Screen hangs before one can log-in.
