I had a worst experience with this app most of the time. I last case I used to send money and even they deducted money from my account as well but now their whole customer service team is coming up with different answers. One said we didn’t receive the money yet and the other one said we are facing technical issues and other one said that we received the money and It will be credited into your account by next 3-5 days. Even the application is giving a different pop up. NEVER RECOMMEND
Why ACE only work with sparkasse for sofort Transfer in Germany an the other banks can only make online payments with take 2 to 3 working day that doesn’t make any sense at all when u have online banking you can using it to pay instead but is available for only one bank in Germany update your online banking
