Best app to track nutrition

It’s not about calories, it’s about what you eat, how it makes you feel and if it goes the right direction. With this app you can define your goal regarding nutrition (e.g. be healthy and happy) and see if you are on track. Biggest benefit for me was to analyse why I eat and in which setting and in the end result if it was worth it. Super helpful, especially if you don’t have the most healthy relationship with food. Highly recommend!
It’s always nice to have more tools at hand with the free version, so please don’t stop improving that ;)

I’m really happy with the way this app handles food, i used many apps to count calories before and sooner or late i would always get obsessed over the numbers. With this app i document what i eat and make myself accountable just by photographing everything without obsessing.

Best eating app!

I really love this app, especially since it’s about how you feel about the food and not the calories, it’s also super easy to use.
The only thing I would like as an addition is an option to distinguish between meals, snacks (since it’s really not the same) and maybe drinks—I have troubles drinking enough, so I’d love that to be an option.

Great app!

I really like this app and am using it constantly for nearly three weeks now. It is super easy to use and is great to keep a food journal without counting calories and macros, but just by using ones personal judgements.
The UI is kept very clean and is very intuitive which make sit really enjoyable to use the app.

Using the YouAte food journal has been so helpful! I never thought I’d find a food diary that could help me build better eating habits, especially with my sweet tooth! With YouAte I’ve been able to be more aware and mindful about all my eating habits even when it comes to chocolate!

Amazing app

Just what I was looking for:) no calorie counting, just a diary for oneself.
One tiny suggestion for improvement; Could you add function to import pictures to “yesterday”. For example, I took a photo of what I had for dinner but didn’t import it into the app that evening, I can’t add it the other day.
But overall a very good app!
