New portfolio return calc vastly differs from legacy copy

I have been using this app for a couple of years now and I am on the highest tier plan. I used to love it, but with the introduction of the new portfolio I have lost trust in the accuracy of the calculations.
I copied my portfolio to the new version and for the legacy portfolio I get very different returns than for the copy, even though the holdings are exactly the same. I contacted support, but never heard back.

I really like the services and used the free trial. I would highly recommended but in my eyes 14$/year (already yearly payment and inclusive 30% discount) is too much. I think
5€ per month would be a fair price (and I guess you would make much more subscriptions).

It has a lot of unique features. One of my favorite app in company analysis - quiet expensive if you use it just from time to time. They should install a pay for use model.
