Dont backup as expected

My iPhone had over 1856 Photo Files. Online Status is 2,63mb. When i Look to Backup anything it Countdown from that to Zero in 2 seconds. My wifes iPhone had 7 Gigs of Fotos and Videos. I had clicked to Backup Evers zwo Weeks since Till February. Only 2,67 gig are in the Status. So i do Not count on this Software anymore.
