Im Gegensatz zu anderen Apps, funktioniert diese auch nach einiger Zeit ohne In-App Käufe, Cloud, Anmeldung - eben ohne Schnick-Schnack. Lediglich bei einigen Kontaktnummerbezeichnungen die von den Standardvorschlägen (Arbeit, Privat,Mobil, Zentrale...) beim iPhone abweichen steht nach Übernahme „null“ da- die Telefonnummer ist aber korrekt gesichert. Das ist aber nicht weiter schlimm, da man das schnell ändern kann und nicht überall auftritt.
Im Gesamten macht MyContactsBackup was sie soll und ist bei vorherig erfolgter Sicherung gold wert. Süper :)

Put the „Send“ functionality on main screen. It took me 30s to find it. Some people are impatient... ;-)

Die „Senden“-Funktion bitte auf den Hauptscreen legen. Ich habe 30s gesucht bis ich die Email-Fkt. gefunden habe. Manche Leute sind ungeduldig... ;-)

Seit fast nun 2 Jahren funktioniert die Mailfunktion nicht mehr. Wenn ich auf senden drücke steht da immer es wäre keine email hinterlegt.

Tried this app to export contacts from iPhone to CSV file to import them in Outlook 365. Didn't work. Outlook says that CSV file format is not correct. / App uses mobile data. What for? I can't recommend this app. I have privacy concerns.

Habe 2 kostenpflichtige (!!) Konkurrenzprodukte probiert, um folgendes zu realisieren:
Habe MobileMe Kontakte, die ich gern direkt über das iPhone in meine Exchange-Kontakte verschieben möchte. Dazu einfach in den Einstellungen den Standardkontaktordner auf MobileMe gestellt, MyContactsBackup gestartet und Backup erstellt und per Mail verschickt, dann wieder in den Einstellungen umgestellt, diesmal auf mein Exchange-Konto, dann die erstelle vCard einfach geöffnet und alle Kontakte gespeichert. Perfekt! Und alles ohne Mac oder anderen Dingen!! Und das alles kostenlos!

Habe es genutzt, um meine Kontakte zwischen meinem alten und neuen iPhone zu übertragen. Man benötigt keinen PC, einfach per Mail schicken und auf dem neuen Handy aus dem Mailanhang importieren.

Hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Habe die iPhone 4 Kontakte als Email zu meinem PC verschickt und dann in Google importiert, und am iPhone die CardDav Setzings vorgenommen. Nun sind alle Kontakte synchron.

Ich hab nun rund 2 Stunden damit verbracht ein geeignetes Programm zu finden um die Kontakte von meinem 3GS aufs neue 4S zu bekommen und was soll ich sagen. Mit MyContactsBackup hats Perfect funktioniert. Bis auf die Bild und Klingelton zuordnung (Was auch ned gehen kann wenn ich die noch ned aufm neuen IPhone hab) wurden SÄMTLICHE EINTRÄGE eins zu eins übernommen!!! Selbst die Etikett Bezeichnungen wurden richtig übernommen.
