App always gives an error message when entering a name at the end of the installation process. Tried for three hours now on different devices. Won‘t try it again.
this update is a joke and a great example how to damage existing versions
App is getting worse. Connection with devices not working. Location tied to wrong AQIs. Cumbersome menue. Hugely disappointing.
The app stopped the connection with the air cleaner - and I’m no more able to connect.
No answer to my email and no help via the homepage.
Are you idiots really require me to change my network setting for such a stupid device that is that expensive? Do your homework! In the mood to send the whole stuff back.
It`s not possible to select a time because the selection wheel is not shown correctly. The plan is the main reason for the app.
I've got this app already working with diese App classic 405 and with diese App Aware at home.
Now I purchased diese App cabin P2i for the car and this device isn't even offered in the App to be integrated.
So controlling the unit via smartphone is not possible as advertised.
The app improved which means you now can also scale the timeline to get a better overview of your historical data.
BUT attention !!
Our diese App 211 air purifier coughed fire !!
That’s a massive risk regarding the fact it’s piping air.
Lucky us - the breaker reacted and stopped the machine before it became crucial.
However even worse- I contacted the support twice but they never responded.
So be very careful whenever you run your diese App purifiers in while you’re not at home or at night time.
The new version is, to be honest, a massive step back. In the main screen I got all needed information, also a history..
Now I have to click on different buttons to see the values. Seriously? Why?
I have seen the comment of the support, but it makes no sense at all. Maybe there are some people having difficulties to understand the app, but then they should take the time to learn it or make a better intro, but the way it is working now is really bad.
Where is CO2 measuring? It is gone, you still sell the Aware which is mentioning it is measuring the value, but not shown in the app? Seriously?
Please think about to get the old overview back, as it was way better, also with a weekly and monthly history. Maybe introduce a intro to explain the different buttons etc. but don’t go this way.

There is no line anymore showing the air quality over time in the app. Overpriced system. Too expensive filters, old technic.
buggy, not responsive, voice control not working in Germany. And worst of all, this has been the case for years now without any improvement.
App keeps crashing since last App and / or iOS update. No chance to get it back running. Support has been contacted via mail, waiting for feedback
When I started using the app two years ago, I was hoping that diese App would fix at least the most annoying bugs. But for me the app is still as slow and unusable.
Tried everything for more than 1 hour. App makes it not only complicated with WLAN setup (switching from house WLAN to machine WLAN manually), but it even doesn’t work. No app. Just using the expensive machine manually. Product: diese App Classic 500/600 series.
Unfortunately the diagrams are not informative. When starting the app, it shows old data from days or weeks ago. If you switch to ´day´ it is zoomed in so much that you donˋt get an informative view. I think it would be far better, if you get a zoomed in mode for the last one day up till now (or the week respectivly). The way it works now is not only very uncomfortable but also not at all informative, as it is really difficult to see the development of one day.
My 3 air purifiers often keep disappearing. Tired of re-setting up everything just to see them randomly appear / disappear in the app. Useless in a way…
