تطبيق المكتبة الإسلامية الإلكترونية الشاملة هو أحد تطبيقات الشبكة الدعوية المتخصصة التي تعد أحد مشاريع لجنة الدعوة الإلكترونية التابعة لجمعية النجاة الخيرية. يتطلع تطبيق المكتبة الإسلامية الإلكترونية الشاملة إلى أن يكون مصدراً شاملا للكتب التي تتعلق بالإسلام والمسلمين والأديان الأخرى باللغات المختلفة مع إتاحة تحميل هذه الكتب مجانا. يقدم تطبيق المكتبة الإسلامية الإلكترونية الشاملة كتبا بعشرات اللغات تغطي كثيرا من جوانب الإسلام والمسلمين والمعتقدات الأخرى والقضايا المعاصرة المرتبطة بمناحي الحياة والبحث العلمي التي يهتم بها العالم. ويسعى الموقع إلى تنمية الجانب الروحي والفكري لدى رواده حتى يستقيموا أخلاقيا ويزداد وعيهم الديني وإدراكهم للأحداث العالمية.  The Comprehensive Muslim e-Library App provides comprehensive resources in dozens of languages about Islam, Muslims, other faiths and contemporary issues that may concern the whole world in different aspects of life and scholarship.  The Comprehensive Muslim e-Library App endeavors to be a unique comprehensive online store of free downloadable PDF books about Islam, Muslims, and other faiths in different languages.  The Comprehensive Muslim e-Library App is one of the Mobile Apps of the Da`wah-Focused Network; a project of the E-Da`wah Committee (EDC), owned by the Al-Najat Charity Society, Kuwait.  It aspires to develop spiritual and intellectual minds of users for them to be morally upright, religiously knowledgeable and globally aware of events.
