Dunno how it works on other cellphone, but it's not working on my iphone5. I can type from 1 to 9 but from 10 it's impossible, there's a bug, making this app useless.
That's a pity, it'd have been a good app to use with the online platform...

This app is just useless...
BigCartel refuse catégoriquement de se connecter et m’envoie un mail d’erreur à chaque validation correcte de mes identifiants, sans jamais pouvoir se connecter.
De plus, lorsque je cherche à me connecter avec mon iphone ou mon ipad, à ma boutique, via safari, l’appareil tente d’ouvrir l’app, l’app tente de rouvrir safari et ainsi de suite, chaque seconde, l’appareil bug et devient inutilisable
Tout simplement une horreur.

Je n’ai jamais reussi à me connecter. Toujours un message « something webt wrong », aucune reponse du service client. Heureusement que le site existe.

Last two updates made the app crash. Only got a black screen and nothing happens.
The latest update make it harder to get information in one go. Before i have the « View in Paypal » link in the apps and you can go to the paypal detail payment directly. Now, unless i’m missing something, i can not find the link. And now, after you add a tracking number, it didn’t show in the order detail page, you need to click on Edit Shipment to see the tracking number. Please bring those back.

We need shipping address etc and contact info, this function will be great. Today this app can't be used for my business. I hope it'll come soon !
