I used cette application once to move a small piece of furniture. While I told the driver that there would be someone at the collection place to move the item and place it in the lorry, he insisted to do it. Then I got a call from cette application to charge me extra. Why? He said there were 2 storeys. Wrong! Only one, and he told the seller he wanted to do it. I told cette application but alas, I paid, BUT I will not use them again! Of course when he arrived at my place he insisted to transport the item in my house, again to charge extra. I declined.

I had to top up a fixed amount of money much higher than my delivery fee. I cannot find a shipper and want to withdraw the money but the app does not allow me to. What a waste of time!!!
