Après avoir travailler en Angleterre et aux États Unis, j'ai quand même un peu de mal a comprendre la narratrice. Un accent british très prononcé et un débit de paroles et mots rapide. Du coup on se concentre plus a essayé de comprendre les consigne plus qu'à la relaxation.
A conseiller uniquement aux bilingues !

I would recommend this app to any beginning to intermediate meditator. One does need to understand spoken English very well. A few thigs could also be improved - there should be an option to skip the general explanation at the beginning of each meditation, for instance. But the option to do a meditation related to the activities we're engaging in at a gig moment is great!

I really like this app. I struggle to find time to meditate everyday and this helps me find ways and times to integrate it into my day. The fact that there are many different kinds and length of meditations is also great, as you can choose what feels best for you in that moment. I love it.
