Worst customer support ever for an app that is not working
A friend of mine transferred me a ticket for a gig, and I couldn’t find it in the app. I sent a message to their support team. Only received an answer asking me for informations I had already provided. I still don’t have my ticket and have sent three other emails and still haven’t had any answer. Worst experience possible !

Honestly, you’re a disaster!!!! Couldn’t get tickets although I wrote to you like 5 times!!! Digitalization is cool but you are the proof of its limits. I will tell anyone I know not to come close to you!!!! Jenya
