The app is easy to use. We had good seats in the front mezzanine area even though we were completely to the left of the room.
Ease of search and booking is excellent. The only possible improvement I might suggest - and this depends on the theatres also - is to receive digital tickets such as The Bridge theatre sends. Most efficient and pleasing app for the theatre!
