I paid 967 USD to Dan Tai for a 1-1 VIP Coaching 🔥 90 Day Transformation that turned out to be mostly access to a generic workout app with little personalized support and guidance. It was so disappointing and heartbreaking as I put too much hope and invested money, time, and energy and made a lot of sacrifices to follow the program even on vacations abroad.

Dan Tai promised a tailored program with workouts under 45 minutes, tailored meal plan, mindset coaching, and a 100 % money-back guarantee if no results were achieved. In reality, workouts often exceeded 1 h 30 min – 2 h, even on vacations, very few rest days, sometimes with complicated tri-sets impossible to do in a normal gym.
