Promo code didn’t work and I had to pay in cash

I had a problem with my ride. For some reason the payment by card didn’t work and I had to pay in cash. Thought I always used my card for the rides and didn’t have such issue on any other apps
I decided to use you app because of the promo code only! It would be cheaper but obviously the code didn’t work either and I’d paid almost twice more that I could on another taxi app
Better to avoid and use Bolt or Uber as it’s cheaper their supports are trying to solve the problems and not to point you that all is your fault …
