Vous êtes obligé de changer de serveur 20 fois par jour (pas une blague). Si vous mettez en place l’option de déconnection automatique AstrillVPNClient va bloquer votre téléphone jusqu’à ce qu’elle parvienne à se reconnecter. Application très instable si vous voulez l’utiliser sur le réseau 4G ou 5G en Chine. Le prix est démesuré. Le service client ne vous dira jamais qu’il y a un souci avé AstrillVPNClient, ils vous diront à mot caché que vous ne savez vous en servir. vous n’êtes jamais prévenu des mises à jour.

I live in China and tried Astrill vs another well known vpn provider and for me Astrill is much more stable.
So far I never experienced connection issues when using it on laptop.
I don’t put 5 stars because too often I have issues when connecting it on my iphone 8 with 13.1.2

Certainement le pire services clients. Ils ne font rien, il y a une chat avec des idiots limite mal polis qui travaillent pour un call center avec 0 pouvoir de décision .
Et on vous dis bon c’est très bien mais je ne peux rien faire, je vous donne le droit d’envoyer un mail au support, qui restera sans réponse
1 mois sans service maintenant

AstrillVPNClient marche très mal en ce moment, et ce depuis la MAJ. Quand j’essaie d’activer/désactiver le VPN, AstrillVPNClient mouline pendant 3 plombes avant de me permettre de cliquer sur le bouton on/off. Très désagréable !

Je trouve les prix très correctes, mais niveau efficacité, rapidité, c’est très décevant... Il m’arrive souvent d’avoir du mal à me connecter et il m’arrive d’avoir encore plus de mal à me déconnecter. Pour un VPN payant, ce n’est pas correcte et vraiment très décevant... Je me retrouve à réinstaller le logiciel h24....

Ce VPN ne marche malheureusement qu’1 fois sur 3... et encore il faut qu’il puisse se connecter.
Il est souvent bloqué en Chine.
Je regrette d’avoir souscrit un abonnement annuel.

so annoying!! using astrill on phone require so much patience... you have the option to log in and connect the vpn through the app or in the settings through the vpn configuration thing. turns out it takes forever to connect/disconnect. when doing that on the app, its always glitching and freezing and you never know if the app is working and when its done glitching it either did its job or did nothing at all!! in the settings you never know if the vpn is connected simultaneously on the app+settings so its always a surprise (always go to settings to try to make it work another way) and when you try to get it to do its job it has a mind of its own!!! theres an option to “connect on demand” but that only works half the time and when you disconnect it almost every single time the vpn will try to connect back to the server automatically...
whats worse is anytime alllll this happens (basically 95% of the time, i kid you not) the wifi/4g youre using disconnects/stops working and you have to keep waiting for the app+settings to work itself out...
after years of using astrill, would have thought the app would be better now and was hoping to get a speed test option on mobile eventually...

Ne fonctionne pas en Chine . Assistance totalement inefficace. Après 10 échanges de mails, sans trouver la solution, le 11e été pour reposer la première question du 1er email ...Bref l’assistance de lis même pas les e-mails précédents.

I am using Astrill from 6 years in China. It always have been great and still really good working on iPad and Pc/MAC with no issues. But the iPhone application .... It crash more then often... always have to use tips to connect back, shut down all the app and open back astrill, connect via settings .... the app also never want to shut off and always wants to connect automatically. Even worse, from January 2020 astrill is constantly freezing my iPhone !!! The phone became almost not usable anymore because of astrill !!! I payed to no be able to use it on phone ! Please do something for the phone app, even considering that your price het higher for less stability.

Astrill is a shame on mobile version especially over price it is. Other even free are more stable. Astrill keep disconnecting and hard to connect (I’m in china). But I keep for the excellent desktop version. Please astrill find a way for your mobile version or at least offer a desktop at discounted price without mobile. Because you did a very poor work on mobile.

I live in a big country with heavy censorship and I have been using Astrill for several years. I can access safely to any website. It is fast, reliable and adapts quickly. I now use Astrill whenever I need privacy or connect from a public network. Thanks to the developer team for the great job!

La version d'essai de 30 jours permet vraiment de tout faire avec, et dieu sait tous ce qu'on peut faire avec. Donc dans la globalité une fois que l'on a pris un abonnement on peut se connecter à peu près partout dans le monde. Mais il faut pensez à surveiller le total de mo utilisé sinon on se retrouve à redevoir prendre un abonnement.

I’ve been using astrill for 3 years and always satisfied, but this iOS is a major disappointment, it freezes my phone and put it in a usable state for 10 mins every time, I have no other choice but to uninstall the app, hope the dev team can fix the bug asap and release a new version

it's just garbage service, servers are working half a day and then you yave to spend 30min to find a new one.
