Benutze Astrill seit Jahren, vor allem im Ausland. China ohne Astrill geht nicht. Sämtliche reisende Kollegen benutzen Astrill.
Falls ein OS Update kommt und es zu Schwierigkeiten mit der Verbindung kommen sollte , kann immer der Support erreicht werden der in kürzester Zeit hilft.

VPN läuft in China problemlos!Allerdings besteht bei AstrillVPNClient das Problem wenn man den VPN wieder deaktivieren möchte wird angezeigt dass er deaktiviert ist allerdings verbindet sich der VPN im Hintergrund erneut! Das ist das einzigste Problem was ich in AstrillVPNClient sehe und eventuell das alte Design beziehungsweise es ist nicht wirklich ansprechend! Dort könnte man definitiv noch einmal Hand anlegen!Ich habe die VPN Software auf meinem Router und dort funktioniert sie tadellos!

Der einzige VPN der einwandfrei funktioniert in China. Nutze Astrill auf Apple Geräten und bin sehr zufrieden. VPNexpress und NordVPN sind bei mir überhaupt nicht gelaufen. Für China ist Astrill die beste Wahl !!

Absolut enttäuschend das seit Wochen AstrillVPNClient auf dem IPhone in Verbindung mit China Mobile desaströs Funktioniert. Man brauch teilweise 20-30 Versuche mit genauso vielen Server bis man mal eine Verbindung bekommt. Andauernd iPC failed .. dann bekommt man eine Verbindung und die is unbrauchbar . Trotz aller Probleme welche China verursacht sollte sowas nicht vorkommen. Bin enttäuscht .

AstrillVPNClient hat viele Bugs; die Verbindung ist sehr instabil, so dass man immer wieder neu verbinden muss; sehr oft kann man AstrillVPNClient nicht ausschalten, so dass man das Handy neu starten muss; und die Internet-Geschwindigkeit lässt viel zu wünschen übrig. Dazu ist das Abo dieses Jahr um 20 Dollars gestiegen. Einfach so. Früher war es 99, jetzt 120. Selbstverständlich ist der neue Preis ein „besonderes Angebot“. Leider sind die anderen VPN-Anbieter nicht besser. Ich schreibe das hier, weil AstrillVPNClient mich immer wieder um “Feedback” und 5 Sterne bittet. Von wegen!

Unfassbar unfreundlicher Kundensupport, extrem dreist und unprofessionell. Langjährige Kunden werde ignoriert, Server werden nicht geupdated. VORSICHT vor AstrillVPNClient! Zudem werden automatisch Rechnungen erstellt auch ohne automatische Verlängerung.

When we first got it, we were very impressed. However, recently it started becoming more unstable. Sometimes it connects but it doesn’t work. Also for Netflix it isn’t able to switch regions anymore… I was so excited for the new shows on UK Netflix but now i can’t watch it. It’s frustrating, please fix this!

I’ve been using Astrill for a long time now and it has always been great!
Constant reconnecting bugs and attempts to turn the VPN OFF fail to the point where you have to reboot your phone in order to restore a normal non VPN WiFi connection.
Please fix this problem since it’s been going on a while now!

Feature request: Enable IOS-shortcut support for toggling on/off, as many domestic services (eg WeChatPay / HealthCode) do not work while on VPN.

Gives an extremely wide range of servers and the connections are good, but the app is terrible. Often times you might find that disconnecting is very frustrating and it refuses to disconnect from the VPN server. 3/5

The app has always been a disaster, however recently the VPN itself has also become more and more unreliable and slow. Please use the money you are collecting from hundreds of thousand expensive subscriptions and fix it.

This app is always automatically reconnecting.
i can’t end the vpn connection. I can’t log out.
I have to force close the app, then get out of the wifi, go to settings to deactivate, then switch to a different vpn, then back to Astrill. Then I am logged out and can connect to the wifi.
