First problem, hard to get real human contact in help option. Second if u call 198, they will try to transfer your call so many times and will never talk to you because they don’t care. Third, you can not update your another plan if one is running and u try to switch. Airtel is not what it used to be
No tower & Service: plan sold

I’ve been sold family plan of 999/- by Airtel knowing that my area has problems with network & tower. Not able to use internet/calling. More then 300Gb accumulated in my account as I am unable to use it. I wish to quit the plan & balance of GB be refunded to me in cash & compensation be given for facing the trouble in this Corona time
Useless to communicate with customer care

I have paid and recharge amount was not reflected and made my number inactive. I kept sending emails and instead of fixing the issue they were asking me to do impossible like confirm my nunber sending OTP. How can I receive OTP if my number is inactive and how do they see my issue to solve it. This is stupidity!
