Audiobooks com Avis

Some titles listed on the website are unavailable to download on the app and adding them to the wishlist results in an error when I try to use my credits to download the full version.

Good overall.

The AppleWatch app crashes a lot and does not allow to change the volume or sync a book to the watch.

In the profile section of the app, you’d expect to see your credits (I finally found them in the Settings, where they don’t make much sense) as well as being able to pur... En savoir plus chase some credits or toggle to a paid subscription if you’re still on trial (my case).

Many (foreign) podcasts are not listed. Also, I’d hoped to listen to some podcasts over a Sonos system since Audiobooks is one of the services supported by Sonos but they aren’t listed.

Few books are available in other languages.

The last two complains are more about the service itself than about the apps. The AppleWatch app deserves 2 stars while the iOS app deserves 4 stars.

I read “Blue Moon Rising” by Simon R. Green. It was a very enjoyable read with a great narrator (John Keating).

Less books available than audible but connects to my sonos big plus for me!!

Has many books, although some popular books aren't present there is still a wide range to choose from. I find it great that the books can be downloaded. Although I hate the credits part, I believe you should be able to download all the books you want.I still recommend it tho.

I’m listening to this excellent book by Nora Ephron. It’s narrated by Meryl Streep & she does an absolutely brilliant job !! Love it & I highly recommend the app!

Good books and easy to use

Just tried this app. Downloaded Reckoning by J. B. Turner. Very easy and has a slick interface. Pretty good library choices. No problems and I recommend it

The Experience using the app is great! Navigation through the audios are so convenient.
I listen to The Go-Giver for almost 3 hours, it went like only 30 minutes 👌

I used the Audio Books app to listen to Uneven Justice by Raj Rajaratnam. Not only the book was fantastic, but the app is so easy to use that it made it even better. Thank you!

App is functional, but not nearly as good as others in the same genre. Numerous interruptions due to lost internet connection.

Good choice of books and first book read was great

I chose to listen to Freakonomics by Levitt and Dubner. I couldn't find much time to read it since it takes me twice as long to read in English as in French and since I'm already a slow reader. The audiobooks app proved to be essential to me : it helped me "read" faster and hear the right pronuncia... En savoir plus tion of the words I didn't know.
The 30seconds backward and forward thing is also very helpful. Maybe they could add a table of contents that would indicate when each chapter starts.

I'm listening to "Shoe Dog" the story of Phil Knight - the creator of Nike.
I'm enjoying the experience of the audiobook app, fully. This app is well done and thus the experience is smooth and appreciable. For sure it honors its name and brand!
