Je ne comprends pas l’application est en russe ? En anglais pas de soucis mais comment fait on pour la mettre en anglais ? Merci
Support does not answer, app does not work properly

Verification e-mail does not get to my gmail address.
I did not planned to give a bad review at first, but since the support button on the « send verification email » does not work, and the support seems to not give a blip about answering... I thought I should let people know:)
For a company who takes 50% commission, is it too much to expect at least a reactive support for the contributors?
Update: after 1 month, I am finally able to access my account. Still no news from the support, no message... nothing. I have erased my photos, and will cancel my account. I don’t like the spirit. Good bye
Update 2: thank you for your reply 5 months after my complain ( still no answer from the support). Unfortunately your company does not appear to be trustworthy to me: inexistant support or customer service and I don’t see the value I get for the price of your service. There is nothing you can do: my experience was too bad and I can easily imagine myself having one day a non-fonctionnal app with no way of getting my photos back or reaching the support. I am not worried for you though. You will probably do pretty fine without me and your economical model will ensure you to make big bucks anyway. And no worries for me either, you are not alone on the market. Bonne chance!

- Tirer les problèmes rencontrés par des utilisateurs comme vous est un bon moyen d'attirer l'attention de Foap - sell photos & videos à votre problème en utilisant la force des foules.
- Nous avons développé un système qui tentera d'entrer en contact avec une entreprise une fois qu"un problème est signalé et avec beaucoup de problèmes signalés, les entreprises seront certainement à l'écoute.
- Surtout, les clients peuvent apprendre des autres clients au cas où le problème est un problème courant qui a été résolu auparavant.
- Si vous êtes un client Foap - sell photos & videos et que vous rencontrez un problème, Justuseapp n"est peut-être pas le moyen le plus rapide et le plus efficace pour résoudre le problème, mais au moins vous pouvez avertir les autres de l'utilisation de Foap - sell photos & videos.
