I downloaded the app to do a mobile order in Roger’s stadium and it was a horrible experience. The app experience was perfect but the. In the stadium everything went wrong, the mobile order line was slower than the regular one, I had to wait 40mins in line to get my order between the moment I received the text message, what’s the point of that ? It would have been way faster in the regular queue. Not only that but when I arrived to pick up my order they didn’t had one of the items. I had then to wait 10 extra mins at fan services to get a refund.
