The main purpose of this app is to order a taxi... But you can't. It asks me for a mandatory driver feedback... which doesn't work and blocks the whole app. Seriously Blue Bird?
The old version was ugly but it was simple and efficient. Now it's nice but useless. What do you think is the priority for your customers? Do you really think we want to rate a driver when we have to leave and need a ride?

I don’t recommend their service, better to use something else! I booked a taxi the day before to go to the airport in Bali, no one arrived! I wrote to client service but never got a proper answer or apology! You can find a better option for reasonable price!
