I just got a notification to update my NZH app and immediately after having done it the first news I wanted to read was blocked unless I pay a subscription. I guess I won’t have news from New Zealand from you from now on :( bye bye!

I received a message saying that I needed to update the app. I did it and suddenly the app stopped to be free !
I decided to subscribe but even if I am did I can see plenty of adds in the middle of all the articles.

Downloaded this "new and improved" update app on NZ Heralds prompting but, while it is packed with content, it is presented in such a confusing layout. Just trying to read the news has turned into a minefield of "where do I press?", " do I expand this field?" "Do I go back to menu?" No, that's wrong.... And to comment? Where?? To sum up, great content, but how to shoot yourself in the foot!
