Appli qui reprend le vol mais c’est tout... j’ai passé plusieurs minutes à saisir les passeports de chacun pour rien la fois d’après on me les redemande... ma carte d’embarquement ne s’affiche pas alors que celles de mon mari et ma fille oui... vol retardé et reprogrammation sur un autre vol toujours aucun relais dans AmericanAirlines !!!
et au retour rien même quand la porte était connue aucun affichage... on avait un transfert aucune info et appli pas en français...

Impossible d’exporter mon voyage dans le calendrier... C’est pourtant une fonctionnalité basique que toute les appli concurrentes proposent... À revoir très rapidement.

AA should mimic the Lufthansa app and radically improve the app experience, at least according to the following :
- propose language choice
- take into account the AAdvantage membership number that is added in the passenger information so the 2n passenger can also see at first glance his/her flight plan when he/she has been booked with his/her traveling partner
- actually add the calendar information into the traveler agenda
- send SMS alerts even to non US phone numbers (is AA transatlantic or not?).
I hope the app is poor only because AA put their main effort on flight quality, otherwise it can be concerning!

Je ne peux ajouter un vol, en effet j’ai réservé sur un autre site que celui de la compagnie... je suis déçue car j’aimerais aussi ajouter un bagage et je ne peux pas non plus... appli de Lufthansa et EasyJet plus intuitive...

Utilisateur de AmericanAirlines Easy Jet qui répond à mes attentes depuis longtemps, je télécharge AmericanAirlines American Airlines en espérant retrouver les mêmes fonctions. Mais l’écart est important entre les 2 applis: je ne peux pas traquer mes vols avec leurs numéros à une semaine du départ (alors que c’est possible sur l’autre appli depuis 2 mois). On ne peut pas visualiser les vols à plus de 3 jours... On ne peut pas réserver les sièges, ajouter des bagages, partager la réservation, etc. Bref: expérience utilisateur à zéro

If you password is longer than 19 characters, you simply can’t login in the app.
Hopefully the developers can fix this in the next version.

Can't log in anymore I tried desperately to but it asks me to update the app, thing that I can't under IOS9 ... You should take into consideration people whose don't want to upgrade to the latest iOS ...

I want to get my boarding pass out of it, modify my seats etc... The only thing I managed to get out of it was .. advertisement.

Have been trying to check in for an hour no success, the app just sends you to the website which is not iPad/iPhone compatible. Not looking forward to the lineup tomorrow morning at the airport. Have been able to do this exact same thing on many other airlines apps (air France, air canada) without any issues. Wake up AA it 2015!!
