ImmoScout24 - Immobilien Avis

Do not buy the premium version of immoscout it is not going to help you find a place faster. It might just make you more trustworthy in the eyes of the landlord, that is to say, if you have a german account otherwise you cannot get a schufa or a proof of identity. The customer service is deplorable. I accidentally subscribed to immoscout plus for a whole year, when i realised, i called customer service (cause they did not bother to answer my email) and i offered to pay the difference for the months i had used between the yearly monthly fee and the regular monthly fee. First of all i do not understand my the does have an english translation, secondly all customer services I have been confronted to would have been understanding, but not immoscout! And if course no one spoke english! Disgusted. I will never ever subscribe to this app again and will not recommend it to my friend, but rather tell them how bad they treat they clients! Stealing money from young adults who already struggle financially!

We paid for MieterPlus for 6 months (150€ in total). If you live in a crowded area you don't have a choice but to pay this extra service = the full price, to have a chance to apply before the offer is deactivated. That is the main selling point. Price needs to either be cheaper or they need to come up with a product that better answer the problem.
I recommend apps with less traffic. We found our flat on Immowelt at the end.

A very good and useful app with good UX. All the information I need is well displayed! but not always in the language I want..

So, just one thing: needs some improvement on the English version.

It’s a very user friendly app.
However, in a city like Munich, we are a lot of expats or Freelancers etc,

I can’t upload my proof of income or rent payment because my bank is French. It’s for the moment possible only for Germany, Austria and Switzerland banks. We are in EU, why not integrate all EU banks ?

Since yesterday the app is not opening anymore…

App works fine and does the job well

The app has worked for me for 6 months…
But not anymore.

I tried to uninstall, restart, reinstall… the app does not start anymore…

Crap…

...et est entièremt en allemand. Une lise à jour urgente s'impose incluant :
- le support de plusieurs langues
- le support du push pour les alertes correspondantes à nos recherches
- l'ajout de la réalité augmentée

Applikation sehr Intuitive und gut gemacht.

2 Monate für 60€ und 6 Monate kosten genauso viel wie 12 Monate (je 120€). Sehen die Entwickler wirklich nicht was für ein Quatsch das ist? Warum drei Optionen wenn zwei davon gleich viel kosten? Man hat das Gefühl hier sowohl für dumm verkauft wie auch abgezockt zu werden.

Wäre super, wenn man die Angebote, die einen nicht interessieren, löschen könnte! Ansonsten eine sehr gute App.
