FR: Les gros points positifs: les entrainements pour arriver à une compétence particulière sont bien pensés. On peut choisir la difficulté du mouvement grâce aux multiples variantes proposées. Les mouvements à réaliser sont illustrés par des vidéos, très appréciable!!. Les axes d’amélioration : Une gestion de planning qui n’est pas évidente au premier abord et quelques vidéos de mouvements manquantes.
Au final c'est du beau boulot déjà! L'application est jeune et je ne doute pas que cela va s'améliorer avec le temps et les remarques constructives.

Areas for improvement: The scheduling management is not immediately obvious and there are some missing movement videos.

The application is designed to be really simple. After testing a lot of calisthenics oriented app this one is the easiest to use while keeping all the functionality accessible.

Programs generation is really good. You need to answer a few questions depending on the objectives. Generated programs can be edited afterward manually without any issues if you feel like changing something. Technique and exercises progression is working fine.

Being able to change the duration or the equipment available is working like a charm and is much needed as I move around a lot with my job.

I don’t use the nutrition part of the app so I don’t have any feedback on this part.

The pricing is amazing for an app that provide as much feature.

The app developer is also very helpful, you can feel he is very passionate about making this application better for everyone.

The app is very affordable for the features including a goal comprehensive based personalized program with or without material and designed to suit your needs regarding your training and workout preferences. I would recommend it without hesitation.

This app is amazing. It handles everything : scheduling, rest times, exercices difficulty/progression and has tips and video demos. No mental load just workout and fun. Highly recommend.
