Day 1 of using this app and I am loving this subscription ! The app design is so soft, interactive and practical.
I chose the at home and beginner guide, with a yoga guide as well. The workout was nice, well explain with some additional videos. The program let you go to your own space, if you need some extra rest time, you can take it (don’t take to much !), you are the one launch ingredient the next exercise! But be careful when you do legs, the reps don’t include the changement of side, so you need to repeat the exercise, with no timer to help you. Maybe something can be improved here ?
Also, do take the yoga guide, even if you re not a fan of yoga. I can’t believe how much a challenge it was, but I really loved it. I have tried yoga classes in gyms and never fully liked it : too much people, can’t see the teacher, ... what cette application offers here is really nice. It s like having your private lesson, with Jessica guiding you through the exercise. You can see all her movements very clearly and she is also giving comments and advise about your posture and encourage you to use blocks when needed.
Can’t wait to see what a next !
