KURDVAC Présentation
To pre-register for a COVID-19 vaccination, please fill in the required questionnaire so that ministry of Health can gather information regarding your readiness for a COVID-19 vaccination.
KURDVAC is an application that directly endorsed by Ministry of Health-Kurdistan Region-Iraq (For the residents of the Kurdistan Region only).
Once you have registered, ministry of Health will contact you when it is time for you to book your vaccination appointment.
