I took the subscription last year during Black Friday and after a few month I wasn’t using the app anymore so I stop the subscription, like this next year they wouldn’t take my money and then I deleted the app. Guess what happened 🙂 They renewed my subscription anyway and told me they can give me a refund because of policy.. The policy allowed me too unsubscribe but then allowed you too renewed my subscription anyway and stole money from me ?!
The app itself is pretty intuitive and well put together however it doesn’t allow much freedom (at least for me) you have to do the workout in the order it’s presented unless you just look at the exercises and then check it as done. Which isn’t bad all in all but an option on how you want to proceed would be best.
I also find there isn’t much exercises really maybe it’s just the beginning ? But that’s a default considering the price.
