Great app loved using and having it but twice I had to replace my phone and the app starts all over again and lose all my picture and I pay for the better service. And support doesn’t answer back I’ve emailed twice and got nothing back from them

I’ve been using this app for 3 years and all of a sudden all of my photos in the app were deleted!!! I even paid to upgrade it to a “pro” version but nothing changed. It’s such a waste of money and I’m so disappointed. We need a solution here.

Not anymore, all of a sudden for some reason it started to inform me that I have no pictures on my phone so it can’t transfer any into the app. Pictures on my phone are just fine . This app is messed up.

I love this app and use is so much but I forgot my password and I’m freaking out that I won’t get my photos and I really really need them, I’m not deleting the app bc I know it will lose everything. Please I need help please how do I get in the app

If you need to make it that anybody can look through your pictures with out finding that "oh-oh" picture.... this is a get file storer. Keep them all in one spot for just you!

Please change this app icon everything rest is fine. Icon looks too old. Last app icon was okay but you have to change to something more beautiful and flat.

I’m able to create folders within the app, add names and even passwords to individual folders.
It has all I need in a vault.

I haven’t run into any adds and you have a surprising amount of storage in one folder I have 116 photos and I still can have more idk how manny you can have but it’s 116 is a lot.
