Loopy Pro: Looper DAW Sampler Avis

je n’en suis qu’au début de mon exploration de ce soft… mais les possibilités sont sans fin. Ça va de pair avec une certaine courbe d’apprentissage, parce que bon… y’a une foultitude d’options… mais que c’est fun/ludique/puissant. Je n’ai pas trouvé d’équivalent en terme de live looper. Peut être qu’un able ton live permet de faire autant de truc… mais ce dernier m’avait trop rebuté, je n’avais pas réussi à m’y mettre.
Bref 5 étoiles amplement méritées !

Efficace, d’une simplicité d’utilisation déconcertante.
Le Ableton live de l’ IPad.
Un plaisir de composer, de manipuler samples / instruments virtuels / ….
Pour ce tarif, difficile de trouver plus efficace.
Essayez la version gratuite ( pendant 1 semaine), et suivez les tutoriels disponibles, vous allez prendre du plaisir.

Ce Looper est génial ! Étant guitariste, Je l’utilise avec plaisir depuis une semaine * dans mon salon avec très peu de matériels : . mon iPad Pro branché sur mon . ampli Yamaha thr30 comme carte son/ampli . Le multi effets guitare overloud th-u (plusieurs pistes guitare/basse) . midiguitar2 avec plusieurs Synthés (SynthMaster, Animoog…) . Batterie BeatHawk * dans mon home studio (centré sur live11 et push2) . Avec ma carte son focusrite clarett 4pre usb branchée sur monitors focal BE6 et connectée sur . Mon clavier Roland rd2000 . Ma batterie millenium 850 . Guitares équipées en midi de Fishman tripleplay. cette application est puissant et riche en fonctionnalités, à la fois simple et complexe à paramétrer mais je penses que cela vaut le coût de comprendre le parametrage. Au bout d une semaine je m amuse déjà beaucoup, c est parfait pour bosser la guitare et faire des loops riches intégrant des synthés joués avec ma guitare. Mon seul problème est de ne pas savoir comment enregistrer la première loop avec par exemple 4 mesures à 100 Bpm avec un précompte de 1 mesure et le métronome actif pendant l enregistrement des 4 mesures comme je le fais avec live11 ou tous les autres séquenceurs. Avec quelques semaines de plus, je penses que je maîtriserai mieux Looper pro et j achete de nouveaux logiciels pour compléter ma config. Nota : mon iPad Pro est 12.9 pouces avec 256 go. Je paramètre overloud thu avec 32 samples pour avoir avoir peu de latence avec Looper pro sur mon Yamaha thr30 Ça fonctionne bien avec 10 pistes et les logiciels listés ci dessus (40% de cpu) mais moins avoir certains synthès gourmands. A approfondir et optimiser dans les prochaines semaines.

This looper is awesome! Being a guitarist, I use it with pleasure for a week * in my living room with very few materials: . my iPad Pro plugged into my . Yamaha thr30 amp as sound card/amp . The multi effects guitar overloud th-u (several guitar/bass tracks) . midiguitar2 with several Synths (SynthMaster, Animoog…) . Drums BeatHawk * in my home studio (focused on live11 and push2) . With my focusrite clarett 4pre usb sound card plugged into focal BE6 monitors and connected to . My Roland rd2000 keyboard . My millennium 850 battery . Guitars equipped with Fishman tripleplay midi. Loopy pro is powerful and feature rich, both simple and complex to set up but I think it's worth the cost to understand the setting. After a week I'm already having a lot of fun, it's perfect for working on the guitar and making rich loops integrating synths played with my guitar. My only problem is not knowing how to record the first loop with for example 4 bars at 100 Bpm with a pre-count of 1 bar and the metronome active during the recording of the 4 bars like I do with live11 or all the other sequencers. With a few more weeks, I think I'll master Looper pro better and I'm buying new software to complete my config. Note: my iPad Pro is 12.9 inch with 256gb. I set overloud thu with 32 samples to have low latency with Looper pro on my Yamaha thr30 It works well with 10 tracks and the software listed above (40% cpu) but less with some greedy synths. To be deepened and optimized in the coming weeks.

Je suis très content du nouveau Loopy pro, malheureusement il n’y a pas assez de tutoriel pour un accès fluide, mais si vous prenez le temps vous trouverez votre compte

Excellente application, excellent concepteur.
J’ai rencontré un souci avec une configuration très atypique. Le problème à été résolu grâce à l’aide experte de Michael, concepteur de cette application.
Un logiciel bien conçu, puissant et facile , avec un bon support, tout est là. Merci.

Thank you for making this app, it’s a piece of art. While you can find much cheaper or free looper, loopy pro allows you to really create your own looper.

One common problem amongst looper, hardware or software ones, is that the workflow can feel weird, and you can very quickly reach a limit.

Let’s say you want to restart the loop at one point because the last bars are skipped for the third verse? You can create a custom action to do that in loopy. You want to select tracks from your wireless pedal? You can do it. You want to have volume for each track at reach on your phone? Just create it.

The only two limitations I have reached until now:

- I can’t find a way to monitor only the color track i have selected. It might be possible but I can’t find a way to do that.
- You can’t add a « follow up action » on track selection, which would be extremely powerful because you could dynamically change the layout depending on current selection, like changing the color of a volume knob to match the track color

Suggestion :
In landscape mode, the bottom menu eat too much space, merge it with the top menu improve the layout greatly.

Well, I’m blown away by the sheer power of this looper. There are a couple bugs here and there (for exemple, the program wasn’t sending the correct info to my launchpad Mini, so only the upper half of my controller was showing the automatic controls). I had to unistall and re-install the app. Also, maybe I’m doing something wrong but I can’t seem to be able to resample from one loop to another. Shurely I’m still getting used to this beast.
It’s intuitive yet powerful, can be as simple or as complicated as you fancy it to be. Can’t wait for this baby to be able to use IAA! <3 Thanks to the talented developer. This is now my main looper.

Massive! I have not yet explored all the possibilities offered by Loopy Pro, but I understand why it took several years of development: it goes into each corner of the looping process, and offers much more that could have ever dreamed of.

This is becoming my favorite music app. And now with inter app audio it’s my main host. It’s easy to use and yet you can bend it to your needs with its extensive configuration options. Well done and well worth its price.

Absolutely brilliant! This is the great step of Loopy - almost Loopy HD wanted features are here! I think Loopy Pro will replace my favorite looper Moebius. Thank you Michael!

This is not just a looper but mixer, host, control interface…..probably much more as I’m still exploring it.
I can’t give 5 stars as I can’t load IAA apps currently, I believe that’s in the pipeline but the potential is phenomenal

Bravo, je me lance dans la découverte de LoopyPro pour du OneMan live music..c’est vraiment très intuitif..beaucoup de tutos sont en ligne.. notamment ceux du developer..

Loopy pro répond à toutes les attentes que j’avais pour mes prochains projets. Plus besoin d’ouvrir Audiobus+loopy+Samplebot. Je suis très loin d’en avoir fait le tour, mais loopy pro va prendre la place de loopy dans mon set up de spectacle de rue. Je vous dois en grande partie grâce à loopy mes spectacles des 6 dernières années. Avec loopy pro, je vois plus clairement mes futurs projets !

Cela semble super mais aucun tuto en français, pas de notice en français et on rame pour s’en servir et comprendre les manipulations

Simply the best looper I’ve ever used, and I tried a lot of them. The latest version is absolutely great, lots of additions like reverse etc. Keep on !
