App keeps crashing right after login. Already tried to uninstall / reinstall the app, force reboot my iPhone, etc. But doesn’t help, just doesn’t work...

If you read this it means somehow you ended. Up being a customer of this bank.
Previous app version was bad, new one is worse. Both never worked, this one Crashes after the password (or faceID same).
This app is replacing their website, which only good think about it is that they shut it down.
This whole bank look like a scam to me. Took a credit card 2 years ago with miles which I could never redeem as their system was not working for a year (and couldn’t do over the phone). They suddenly stopped sending the card statement, while charging my account for fees.
Only call I receive is from their collection department asking me to pay over 1,000 add of penalty fees while I was never aware I had anything to pay. I keep trying to reach their customer service but deeeeep silence.
Today they keep charging penalties, not responding any of my emails, still not sending the credit card statement, no way to redeem my miles.
Pure scam.
