It’s such a great application with all the things I didn’t found with the others. A complete programme for every age and zones you want to work on and motivating yo follow every day. No need to be front of the mirror as the app uses the phone camera and there’s an explanation with text, draw and then video when you start doing the exercices. Really happy with the app!
