Depuis la dernière maj, impossible d’accéder à mon compte bancaire. Une page entièrement blanche s’affiche. Cela fait maintenant 1 semaine que je ne peux pas accéder à mes salaires et les réponses du support ne sont pas rassurantes… Je dois attendre que le problème soit fixé. Ça fait 1 semaine…

Je peux savoir pourquoi à chaque fois que je connecte mon compte, juste quand la page d’accueil s’affiche, il y a une icône de chargement puis l’écran s’affiche tout blanc ? Ça me fait maintenant ça à chaque fois. Avez vous une solution à ce problème ?
I was very happy about the app and the service in general. Very intuitive and customer service is very responsive and helpful. But lately, it’s been a month now that i can’t use my account as usual since they permanently suspended my account without any prior notice. That put me in a very delicate situation up until now. I sent emails to withdraw my funds but still have no clue about my request.
After 8 months of use as an expat in ireland, I can't recommend money jar highly enough. It's intuitive and easy to use, and the customer service is more than responsive. 5/5.
After a week of bug on the application a new update to fix this. The app now works fine.
