First time I bought on Ohpolly
The only problem is the notification button doesn’t exist when a item is sold out. The app is easy to use. And I didn’t have trouble when I paid. I hope I will receive my item next week!

Je suis quand même très déçue de Oh Polly, j’adore leurs robes, mais si on veut échanger le colis c’est tout une galère pour le renvoyer, on doit payer les frais de renvois meme pour un échange... Ils viennent de perdre une cliente. De plus le service client est très compliqué à contacter et les réponses sont longues.
